Hey guys! I’m back from my Spring Break super fun vacation in Greece (I’m going to tell you more about it soon) and I’m happy to finally share with you my interview by the lovely Roxana for Serendipity. I’m talking about fashion, style, the blog, the future and what’s inspiring me! Check it out:
What made you decide to start a blog?
I’ve always been passionate about fashion, writing and photography. Through the blog I’m able to express my thoughts and interests to other people around the world, who share the same passions as I do. Fashion bloggers’ world is really peaceful and positive and I love being a part of it. Whether I’m writing an article for my own blog or read some other blogger’s posts, I fill with inspiration.
Who’s your role model? and Why?
I get inspiration from really many people and I can’t say that I have one role model. I adore Audrey Hepburn- she is a forever style icon, very graceful and charming. From today’s fashion icons I really love Olivia Palermo’s style- I’ve never seen her wearing an ugly outfit, she’s simply amazing.
We’ve noticed you like making “top10” list with other bloggers. On what basis do you chose these bloggers?
Usually that depends on topic of the “top 10”. Of course, I find all bloggers in my top 10s inspirational, some of them are my favorites whom I follow every day, but others just really fit the chart. In these articles I’m trying to find and show different bloggers and not only the most famous ones.
Describe your style.
My style is changing all the time, but it’s always been somehow feminine. It actually depends on my mood– one day I will be wearing a floral dress and sharp shoes and on the next day I’d like to wear some vintage outfit and flats. I also have those days when I fell like wearing jeans and sneakers. I find fashion inspiration everywhere- from fashion blogs, magazines and people on the street and I like experimenting with different styles.
How has your style changed over the years?
I think I’ve learned what looks good on me and what not, and I started shopping wiser. Back in 2011, I remember that I used to buy every extravagant, beautiful and useless piece I saw in shops and at the end my wardrobe was full with things I can’t wear often (some of them I never wore) and I didn’t really have many different clothes for every day. Another thing that changed is that I started wearing sneakers and flats as I only used to wear heels. I also used to wear too many accessories sometimes and now my style is more minimalistic.
